Technical authorizations issued by the service do not replace the business, medical, regulatory or organizational checks of the user clinic.

Intellectual property

Brands, logos, text, interfaces, software and graphic elements of the service are protected. Unauthorized reproduction or use, in whole or in part, is prohibited.

Liability

The publisher uses reasonable measures to maintain service availability and security, without guaranteeing permanent availability.

The clinic or user establishment remains responsible for DICOM configuration, printer selection, patient-flow compliance and use of printed or transmitted documents.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Paris, FRANCE, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
