NanoCareRIP dealer program
RB3L / Distributor
RB3L credits distributor packs. The distributor creates dealers, assigns activation credits and monitors active installations, expirations and regions.
ControlDealer / Sub-dealer
The dealer or sub-dealer registers the clinic, installs NanoCareRIP, configures printers and generates offline activation when internet is weak.
Local supportClinic
Keeps classic DICOM printing while the local dealer handles consumables, printer maintenance and first-line support.
Classic PrintDealer-managed licenses
A dealer can activate installations, attach a clinic, assign a plan, download an offline license file and remain the clinic-facing support owner.
Offline activation
For clinics with weak connectivity, the dealer portal can generate a signed offline license file that is copied to the Windows PC.
One-time and bundled offers
RB3L can track one-time licenses, annual licenses and bundles linked to paper, film or ink sales through the dealer channel.
How the local channel works
- RB3L grants activation credits to the distributor.
- The distributor allocates credits to its dealers.
- The dealer allocates credits to sub-dealers or activates clinics directly.
- The dealer or sub-dealer activates the license online or downloads an offline activation file.
- The clinic receives local support for printer ink, head cleaning, paper trays and DICOM configuration.
For clinics
Ask your local dealer for installation, printer setup, paper tray configuration and offline activation if internet access is unstable.
